Fib Services provides a quick and easy way to debug or redesign a chip. With FEI's V600FIB we have a 5nm resolution and can perform almost any circuit edit. The V600 can accommodate single dies, or up to a 8in wafer. We also have decapsulation and encapsulation services available.
